Depends what cancer it is. For non-hodgkins you have a lower survival rate in aroudn the 70s i believe, but for hodgkins it's ~90% with proper treatment.
This is provided you get diagnosed early (Stage 1/2) and start treatment, which will most likely be radiotherapy.
Literally no way around it, go to the doctor
