Best weight/BF% to start seeing hollowed cheeks?

my bodyfat rn is 12–13%, 67.9KG Height 181cm, thinking to cut down to 60-62Kg then maintain

depends on your facial bones if u got mogger bones u can have hollow cheeks at 20% bodyfat
if ure boneless u wont see them until ur 5% bodyfat

you should be able to see them rn at that weight and bf lol. people with good cheekbones usually see them at 15-20% bf

I think dropping down to that low of a weight aint healthy for someone of your height

no clue tbh, i ate shitty goyslop until 16. i started fat loss in may 2024, got lean in december. and started whole looksmaxxing slowly there and testmaxxing in september

ik, but i think i got shit genes and might store still some face fat or either i fucked my metabolism too much from all aggressive cutting before and fasting daily for 5 hours until food after waking up

How's your diet? You face might be bloated if your diet is shit
 
Everyone has different bone structure- gonions, canine fossa, zygo prominence, unique level of forward growth, etcetera. Everyone also has different fat distribution. Your age also matters. Facial fat tends to go away or rearrange itself the older you get.

All of this plays a part in how lean you need to be in order to see hollow cheeks or if you will even get them in the first place. Look at the fitness influencer Tristyn Lee. There’s photos of him where he’s shredded with veins popping out all over the place and yet his cheeks are still chubby.

How's your diet? You face might be bloated if your diet is shit
9:20 wake up, 50 mins later, a cup of coconut water and water with lemon juice.

THEN: coffee with butter x tea mix
teas: rooibos, nettle tea, ginger tea + fresh ginger chunks added and ground cinnamon

13:00 drink a liter of water, go to the gym
then I get my ass on the incline treadmill 15 inc, speed 4.5 (30 mins)

then upper body starts:
- chest
- lats
- shoulders
- biceps
- abs + tricep pushdown for both abs and triceps
- neck curls

15:30-16:20:

I get home and cook. what i eat in one go:
- 4 eggs
- 500g chicken breast (im from eu so its aight)
- 2 tbl spoons of raw honey +tbl spoons of bee pollen
- 10g of raw ginger
- 2 dates
- 2 banans/kiwis or avacados (depends)
- liter of raw milk

Vitamins:
pottasium citrate 2 pills (2000mg), 6mg of boron, Omega 3 w Vitamin D 1000mg, 3 moringa pills, zinc, and creatine

17:00 water

19: more water

21:00-22:00 magnesium x pottasium 2 pills

23:00-00:00 sleep.
