It is double jaw surgery so it will help with his Maxilla and mandible. My Maxilla is getting better but I don’t know how you would improve your mandible without this unless your a kid but I’ll probably get the surgery when I’m like 19.

I’m also lacking but I’m 17 and my Suture in my upper mouth is still open I think so I can probably make my face a bit better and so will my MSE’s particularly my Palate expander so I think I will be a bit better off. I just need higher bone density which would really make it better as well as a lower body fat and facial fat

He has no sleep apnea. I’ve been trying to stop mouth breathing via just using a tape on my mouth before I go sleep. I don’t know how efficient that is but I suppose it works for me.

It can fix bites and teeth malocclusion as well to a certain degree or facial asymmetrical features to a certain degree

Well, if it's side profile, yes, to some extent, not a big improvment but still a improvment, he already has a good skull anyways, if he leans down and takes care of his looks, he can easily get better looking.
