Title
I have ADHD without hyperactivity.
Every year that passes I feel that it gets worse, life becomes more difficult.
I have a hard time planning things as basic as planning what I'm going to do for the day. This might seem silly but it is a snowball that leads to doom.
Who has been able to control it? How about the drugs, are they just a trap to spend money and depend on drugs or do they really help without anything bad?
Has taking medication improved your life or have I just made your day to day more normal?
I have read many cases on Facebook but almost all of them are bluepilled normies who think ADHD is a blessing. I need blackpilled experiences.
