None of the pictures are edited 2 are in natural light and 2 under a light if im not mistaken. I think im sitting somewhere around 12-14%

Intermittent. Basically i have an 10 hour window where i can eat and cannot. Lets say my last meal is is at 9pm and my next can be at 7am. (Its usually 16-8 i just have an example though im sure you are familiar)

1. You don’t need to specifically train them to ,,train” the abs. They will also get worked on other exercises

2. Because your abs are visible at 16%. They can even be visible at higher bf%

Ok yeah that makes sense. (Kinda lied i started training them like any muscle almost 4 months ago ago they def got better. Im scared shitless to bulk i think ill try to do it somhow someway and then dial in to like 10-12

Bulking is useless unless you’re at a dangerously low bf%. You should just be in a slight surplus of 100 calories

Also would my measurements change anything? I have a 28 inch waist 14.5 inch neck at 5’9 and 63kg 139lbs

Since i usually use a bf calculator (i know its not even remotely close to accurate) if you put it in. Its around 10-12

I know. I usually add like 3-4 % to it since its pretty inaccurate. And im not that insecure to get a dexa scan lol. Just wanna be nice slightly built and lean

I’m 60kg and 178cm (5’10”). I oddly don’t look skin and bone as you may think. Even if my bones aren’t dense, that wouldn’t explain it. I believe I just have a decent enough frame where I don’t look fem. People note how shocked they are that I’m 60kg and say I look at least 70kg.

The most aesthetic bodybuilders have small joints (wrists, ankles), wide shoulders, narrow hips, long muscle bellies etc.

That creates an illusion. They might not be super heavy, but they look huge because of the frame and shape. But if you stand next to them and you are also big you realize you're the same size, just not the same look.

You would unironically look bigger with your shirt of if you drop the bodyfat further.

I see. I do actually note that I look better when shirtless. I have super annoyingly weird chest insertions, however, and I always hated it. I have one of them chests where the muscle refuses to insert in the 1-2cm wide line between the two pecs. Apart from that, I have quite typical insertions. I have a 27” waist and my shoulders appear quite broad on my frame. I am grateful for it as I at least don’t look victim despite weighing twink.

My only problem I know I’d encounter is that the more chest mass I put on, the more visible that lack of muscle insert on my chest would become.

But when i tried it came out to very close to 40 cm.

edit: just had my mother measure it for me: exactly 40 cm.
