Bodypictures update. Need gym advice. How much should i gain?

177/178cm manlet, only weigh 69kg. Legs are underdeveloped. Natural. Atm training push pull legs 4 days a week. Thinking about roiding, but im to scared.
How many kg should i gain? On some spots i am really lean, and on others i have loose skin/fat/water that is not going away, specially on love handles and lower belly. Maybe thats because i was fat once.

But i cant get more skinny than now.
Keep in mind, the pictures are made in perfect anabolic gym light. I dont know if i look like this in normal light.

Problem is that i am looking fit/sporty in a tshirt, but with a hoodie i am just skinny. Without clothes i look ripped, but that doesnt count, bcause girls cant see this in a club.

You are definitely too skinny i am real 180 and 75kg and would make you look small even though im average at the gym, so atleast bulk to 75kg

Good progress. Maybe cut down for another 2-4 week window strict to get as lean as possible and then get back on a bulk with a focus on adding mass to your arms and legs.

Chest gap isn't a bad thing imo.
 
Clean bulk, ur leaness base is good

for 1m80 u should be 75-80kg lean (12%)minimum , will take u maybe 2y-2.5y of lifting

I know, but my time on the dating market is almost over. Im 27 oldcel getting 28 :trepidation: I really think there are 2-3 years left for me.
With 18/19 i built muscles like crazy. Was 83kg ripped at 20. Was pushing heavy weights like a beast. Now i feel way weaker and not endrogenic anymore. Very hard to build muscles without getting fat.
But the dilemma is that testosterone will make my hair fallout again.
 
Wide hips but looks good nonetheless
 
KILL SHOULDERS, grow that balls and ur physique will ascend radically
