Brachycephalic's are more likely to suffer from the affects of recession

Because brachycephalics have shorter maxilla's they essentially need more forward growth to compensate for the lack of maxillary height.

My brother has the same overbite that I do in mm, but because my face is shorter my chin is recessed and his is not.

The current environment that we have is not friendly to brachycephalics because they genuinlely are more prone to recession.
 
Being dolichocephalic is not good either
