to be quite honest i had no benefits for like 75% of the entire streak. first 2 weeks was flatline(may have been placebo), after that i started slowly feeling better and becoming more optimistic and happy with much more energy than usual. from day 30 to day 55 i started feeling really alpha, got pretty much every "superpower" such as increased confidence, energy, motivation, happiness, not giving a fuck etc etc(they arent as dramatic as they are made out to be but still noticable). i also got rock hard boners randomly in public about once or twice during this period. during a few days my voice got much MUCH deeper. i used to have mickey mouse tier voice and the guy sitting next to me had a very deep voice which i envied but in that time period i even voicemogged him. i also got undeniable sudden female attraction. i thought this was cope for the longest, even the stares and smiles from girls i wrote off as cope and/or placebo but i just couldnt deny it after enough occurances. at one point there were a group of girls(mostly stacies and beckies) sitting down, 1 second after walking out of the door a girl called me her ex(who i didnt know), the other said i was way out of her league. another called me her "future husband". and thats just one incident out of many. keep in mind before nofap i NEVER had this happen to me. if anything it was the opposite. im 5'9, 4/10, ethnic and overweight. this goes BEYOND looks. i also got more male respect and general magnetism benefits like people wanting to talk to me and be around me more often. i noticed more consistent acne patterns where i dont get massive outbreaks overnight(because im not PMOing overnight) but my skin is still shit. noticed no change in hair condition. no changes in eyes either. on my benefits period my face looked a lot more sculpted and more defined than usual.

after day 55 i started to lose my benefits and from day 70 onwards i felt the same way i did before i started nofap. i dont think it was a flatline either since my dick and libido were the same as usual.

havent officially checked but i did feel higher T from day 30-55. in a few days during that period my voice actually got like 2x deeper. outside of day 30-55 there wasnt really a noticable change from before fapping.
