I think unless you genetics are legit bottom 5% you could atleast look decent after 2-3 years solid diet and training

I think honestly i can push the tier above if i try hard. Given my current bodyfat. And max out every single thing.
And then i will be happy. But my face would probably benefit a more slayer kind of guy. I just want validation and a worthy ltr. Slaying is too tiring mentally

Of course rugby players have to be heavy and/or be the fastest as possible and swimmers need to have a certain body type to win at speed swimming, but what does that have to do with improving your physique and getting abs. most people can improve their physique a shit ton if they want.

Also, when you swim, you end up developing chest and shoulders and you have a better posture, even as an adult, you will not develop bigger bones, but you do develop the muscles on this region and improve your posture. people are not saying you'll become giga like phelps trhough swimming.

I understand him making a video about it if he was to talk about the reality of being an elite athlete, but why did he take a video from a fitness influencer? It's not like the shape of this asian guy is something unattainable. he is not even that big... even if he has top tier genetics for abs, he probably still needs to train abs. I speak from experience.
and if the person does not got genetics to low bf on the abs region, just use hormones then.

there is a minority of men who would not achieve an aesthetic body in musculature even using hormones, but they are a minority.

of course genes are important but 80% of men look like shit because they re couch potatoes tbh, i guess less competition for us .

ok what does that have to do with bodybuilding ? everyone can archiev an aesthetic body in 2 years with proper dieting and lifting unless you have subhuman genetics like bottom 5 %
