you could say elon musk is a terrible public speaker, stutters, stumbles, seems nervous, but the guy achieved pretty much more than anyone alive with few exceptions.

if you draw parallel between optimal neurotransmitter balance and success, which's i'd say a reasonable and logical parallel, then something is elon's brain has to be pretty fucking optimal. obviously no one knows how happy he is, or you could even argue absolute success doesnt equate to happiness its more how fulfilled you feel by your expectations set to yourself, but either way just saying pietro has "shit neurotransmitters" based on this talk is a very vague theory

He comes across as non-NT and sorta aspie. I see his kind of behavior style a lot in my STEM university and physics classes, it's typical for high IQ. Very unattractive to women. His looks saved him from being incel.

Seeing his kind of behavior so much among high IQ people has always made me believe that being high IQ isn't a very good thing in a lot of ways.
