What are the most important things to outsource when making a team?
Turning a good selling product into a company?

Right now, im thinking
#1 : customer service
(would be like $10 a day MAX hire va from a foreign company)

#2 : marketing team
(preferably a free lancer with expertise in running ads)

What else is there? Im taking for a 20-50k a month company, not a 1M a month company

Once you have the product everything else is pure profit unless you cuck yourself and give useless people a % when starting off
