Once your life is over then you can look bloated to maximise muscle building and look muh ripped. You shouldn’t spend a second of your prime being >15% bodyfat. Rest when you’re dead as they say.

I will bulk for fun when I’m older just to see how far I can go. Right now I can’t imagine walking past prime pussy with a bloated face like an idiot. Only cycle “bulks” between 10-15% bodyfat.

yea when older for sure when you have a whole family, looking intimidating might be more optimal, i am talking in 40s and you aint looking to getting girls
 
Looksmaxing is for pre-uni, uni is the apotheosis of your life, after that you’re wagie.
 
Been thinking about this a lot recently, gonna hit 140kg on the bench then just stay sub 11% year round till I graduate.

Most guys need to be lean though. Only big boned moggers can comfortably sit at 20% bodyfat and still get approached.

Also bulking for some extra muscle just isn’t worth it unless you have downtime (gap year or looksmaxing before going to uni/socialising etc.) Normies don’t have this downtime so it makes me laugh when they go out to clubs and bars with bloated faces because they have shit muscle-building genetics.

I get that but blackgymmax had an amazing physique and a 500 pound bench and says you need to bulk and cut to put on real size. Bulking to some degree is necessary. The problem is that people get carried away with how much they eat, and the issue with cutting is that most people take too long to do it and stay in a catabolic state for longer, instead of using extreme fasting and chemical assistance to get it over with quickly. If you are natty just cut down and be ottermode year-round though.
