Increase: Vitamin C and Vitamin E intake

getting a tan in the sun actually is good for you but you have to make sure your drinking enough water

I'd sunbathe every day in the summer if I lived by the sea. The sea breeze allows you to bake in the sun comfortably without sweating. No wonder most people who live by the Baltic sea have a deep tan
