California - Getting paid overtime

i am planning to work 8 hours daily through 1 full time job on weekdays and 1 part time job on weekends. how can i work more than that? how do i convince my employers to pay me for 9, 10, 11, 12, etc. hours of work??

is this impossible? could i work maybe TWO JOBS daily to get a fuck ton of hours?

do security training for the basic license and then apply to security companies who offer asset protection/static guarding type jobs, i do it as a casual tho and get a couple shifts per week, this is how it works in australia at least
