What’s the biggest daily calorie deficit I can have in late adolescence while still trying to maximize height growth (my growth plates are still open)? And which nutrients do I absolutely need to hit 100%? I’m around 20% body fat, I can’t stand being fat anymore, but I still want to get 100% of the gains.
