That's not how your metabolism works, it will slow down as you lose weight, but it can't crash. Studies have shown low cal diets for obese people doesn't "destroy their metabolism". WOMAN-tier argument, I've even seen them say "you need to reverse diet so you dont destroy your metabolism" and wonder why they're fat. Speak to a nutritionist.

metabloism is like .05% of the equation. You can literally way 10 pounds more and the cal difference is like 50-100. Literally just eat in a deficit and you will lose weight.

I’ve eaten 5000+ daily during hiking days and lost weight
 
Who cares just put the fork down and eat healthy and you will lose weight no reason bto count calories
 
Calories in, calories out, is a bad way to look at weightloss. Not very usefull at all and it had been debunked.
