At first IT look like stupid question
But there are many gooks with huge browringe and still round supras and then is O'pry or Lacho with small browringe but their supras are straight and low and have forward placement.
If your supraorbital is round can you get an implant of any shit to fill that place and give lower straight supraorbital shape which also decrease vertically height of eye socket.
This is how I think
IncelVsChad17

Cause those results of browringe augmentation (Eppley) give caveman browringe and still you have uee etc.

But is it actually lowering and changing shape of your supraorbitals. Like if your supras are still round in the same shape but only bring forward.
Also this browringe doesn't look natural at all.

Cause your browringe is flat and orbitals are recessed, my friend:cry:
To have decent you need cro magnon eye sockets or even better like De Poop

You could get a custom fitted implant to suit ur need. In the pic I sent his supraorbitals are lower and look better though I think it’s a bit too much

o pry has small browridge? Thought his was super prominent
Like is not caveman tier. Of course its above average but what makes his eyes so hooded and straight shaped is supraorbital which is below browringe.

Supraorbital implant is what you mean. I’d love to see if this is available. If you push the fat above your eye down and look into the camera, you can see what you’d look like with better supraorbital shape and placement.

MSE can widen supras slightly, but there isn't a way to lower the bone

He’s not asking to lower the bone, he’s asking if an implant can be placed below the supraorbital to have the same effect a lower supraorbital would have.

ABOUT VERTICAL DROP-DOWN SUPRA-ORBITAL RIM AUGMENTATION:

The supraorbital rim, like the inferior orbital rim can be augmented vertically to conceal upper eyelid show, re-contour rounded supraorbital rims, and even re-drape/lower the eyebrows in some cases.

This obviously requires a patient-specific (custom) implant and a rigid implant material, preferably a sectioned PEEK PSI. The supraorbital soft tissue envelope is very tight and may require 8 weeks of tissue expansion prior to implantation depending what soft tissue changes are or are not desired.

The main consideration for supraorbital lowering/straightening are the supraorbital and supratrochlear neurovascular bundles. Usually a hole or notch can be designed in the implant to spare the nerves, and surgical freeing from their foramen (Supraorbital Foramenectomy) may be necessary so they can “move” without being under great tension. Without this step, Simply stretching them right against the implant would probably cause migraine headaches. In some Craniofacial surgeries these nerves are simply sacrificed and result in loss of feeling, but not the movement of the forehead.

These can be small individual supraorbital rim implants or a feature on a larger brow ridge implant.

Which doctor does this? Even eppley doesn't guarantee that the eyebrow will be lowered (basically the entire point) in a supra orbital implant.

Which country?

And brow will probably not be lowered in endoscopically-assisted limited implant pockets which Eppley does.

To lower the brow would require soft tissue elevation off the entire forehead, at minimum.

Why doesn't eppley or yaremchuk or some renowned PS do this? Instead you reference a random doctor?

True this site must speak more about bone structure and other similar topics, nie most threads are about some bluepilled shit. From the other hand lookism speak much more about facial structure and others interesting topics.

shut up
its not flat, its pretty decent, neither he is angry

he is not giga, but if u have good eyes you can see the decent shape it has
you guys suck with this retarded judgement of features

btw theres this result from eppley, kind of caveman, but much better. fixed the UEE

After is left or right? Cause if right how Eppley could left him with more uee?!

after is left, read the comment, he used bone cement to forehead augmentation

So this would be enough to turn an asian eye area into a caucasian one?
