Can gaining weight restore the lost volume under my eyes?

In early 2018 extreme stress and trauma completely destroyed my under eyes.
Im pretty lean , low bf and 158 lbs at 6’2.
Will gaining some fat and weight help?

Or maybe some cream?

Gaining weight will be cope because your body will store most of the fat in the belly first, then the back, and your face as the last resort which by then youll be a fat ass boy.

But as Im almost underweight, maybe 8 kilograms will just help with some volume? I dint think its bone related, i have very very very thin skin under the ryes

Don't try to gain weigth because you'll store it all in your belly ass and neck

I saw and it's brutal but in that "after" picture you have bad undereyes even tho you have high bodyfat. Your problem are tear troughs not bodyfat. You will only bloat your jaw and not fix eyes. Imo try volufiline and if it doesn't work do surgery

You still had the outline of tear troughs but it's not that visible. However that pic was in good lighting and when you posted a pic in good lighting some time ago it didn't look that different

It was only so extreme swollen because of the clothespin i put on it in 2018, now its not so noticeable anymore
