Can humans NATURALLY have the chimp lips that some get from too much lefort 1 advancement? And is it visible from the front view at all?

yeah their philtrums look like very chimpish. might also be why in the last 2 photos those particular angles were chosen and not a true side profile

but it goes to show you that you can still be considered very gl even with a chimpish philtrum, so being overly cautious of the chimp look from bimax might not be necessary
