Probably, it depends what your failios are. The lower your initial rating the more room for improvement there is. To an extent. If your below a 3/10 while low bodyfat its over.

i think vast majority of people are at least 6/10 at low bodyfat if not 7

In practical terms yes Your going to be benefitting fully from lookism at a 7/10. While a 9/10 will generally look better then a 7/10 we are talking very minor features.

Its probably more 8=9=10. But I wouldn't say there is much difference between a 7 and a 9.

Most noticable difference is between 3-7/10

I think what he means is that on the normie scale you hit a threshold which is just "good looking" which meets almost everyone's looks requirements. You start getting a halo and then your money/status/charisma become relatively more significant factors in your ability to slay.
