Some techniques I use to detach from my mind:
-2nd/3rd person self talk, instead of saying "I am going to do this" saying "you/we are going to do this"
-Imagining life as a videogame and you are playing yourself
-Trying to live in the moment and paying attention with detail to what youre doing in the moment
-Meditation, this is the most know way to calm and detach from yourself but not effective if youre working or doing any other activity since you need to stop and relax but its effective
These techniques work well specially when youre feeling stressed or letting your toughts control you, but if you do it all the time like I did the first time you will end up completely despersonalized
