The concept of extreme ownership is basically, everything's your fault. You can't blame anyone else for your failures; even when bad things weren't directly caused by you, you're still the one to blame.Extreme ownership, a concept made popular by retired United States Navy SEAL Jocko Willink, is the idea that ‘leaders must own everything in their world. There is no one else to blame.’ In my opinion, this is an ideal mindset not only for leaders but for everyone in general to incorporate into their everyday life because you should be able to feel as though you control your own destiny and that you are not at the mercy of the world around you.

Everything's your fault. So that's pretty much the concept of extreme ownership, it's just being fully responsible for everything end-to-end, own it, right. It's a great mentality to have because, yeah, you can you can go off and blame somebody else when you fail, and maybe you'll even be right and maybe it won't be your fault, you'll be able to blame somebody else, but what does that do anyway.

So, if you adopt the extreme ownership mindset, can you still consider yourself an involuntary celibate?
