Can you srs lose hair if you wear cap most of a day

I am a big fan of caps/hats and i keep my cap entire day on my head.Most people told me that i should stop wearing cap and that i will lose my hair totally?Opinions on this guys?

Scalp tension may play a part in baldness. A tight cap or a hairband may cause some hairloss. The biggest factor of hairloss is DHT, testosterone, inflammation or lack of nutrients. Dont wear the cap too tight and you should be fine.

I am balding
Appareantly i look even more horrible now.
I know that people are sleeping on their pillows and shit,just told you here what people said to me,not just few many.My mother keep telling me to wear it less too.

I love to wear caps because they make my face more angular and also prefer less occiput appereance

Maybe it is because one i am using is too narrow? I should maybe keep to wider ones.
