The outer part of jaw is mostly masseter hypertrophy. It is very hard to increase facial bone mass after puberty.

Even if we were to accept the premise mewing works and chewing some how grows jaws it would grow the jaws either laterally or transversely it does not move the chin the only way to increase chin width is msdo
