Filler gives contour and makes the chin look sharp basically frauding a well developed chin

Having a big chin fat pad would just make it look round and weird

no they can shape it and give the same structure as filler would. it can be precise. I'm only worried about it healing asymmetrically

yes, the downside is that you will likely need a second procedure because some of the fat will die during the healing process
