Good ramus height+ good mandible and gonial angle+ wide jaw+good chin height and shape are all needed to look good clean shaven it's not only jawline tbh.some guys still would look better with 2 or 3 mm of facial hair tho because of their pheno.

He looks better with a beard. Light stubble + decent jawline is still a great combo but the greatest in my opinion has to be insane jawline + nothing to cover it up.

Goatees are better for looking more masculine and intimidating but in terms of sexual market value I would always choose clean shaven or short stubble. I think goatees are a looksmin.
