I upped my daily potassium intake with 1000mg just by doing this. It's also low calories and low carbs (250 kcal for 0,5l, prolly why it tastes like piss), so you're not sacrificing much by doing it.

Its a good source of hydration wouldnt replace water with it though

Most here are high E and eat processed diets and don't workout they only care about starving themselves for the sake of being lean
