Hi all,

I just realized that I have a mild (maybe not so mild actually) tongue tie. Like I cannot touch the back of my teeth with my tongue when my jaw is wide open. Could be the reason why my palate is narrow and why I had really bad malocclusions when I was a kid (at least 4 tooth removed when I was preteen+ 4 wisdom teeth at 19).
Anyway, this looks like a pretty simple operation. Easy, cheap, and no negative consequences. Anyone got it done here?

What would you gain from it? Is your voice affected by it at all?

I am for every bit of improvement a person can do to himself.

This.
If you aren't affected by it then save the money for legit surgeries.

If you can get it on the NHS then go for it but if it’s mild I doubt you’ll be able to and then it shouldn’t obstruct tongue posture too much. Astro Sky has mild tongue tie that he said loosened over time with correct tongue posture. If you aren’t considering other surgeries then pay for this shit

i cant reach the back of the top teeth when i open my mouth wide open, is it the same thing for you?
