1. slow down, relax, meditate, do some neurofeedback etc... we all know that life seems very weird and more like a game/simulation, no proof that this reality actually exists.
2. looksmax, iqmax and spend money carefully and eat somewhat healthy, do low risk crimes/well planned and calculated when neccessary (when not much time left to life than just do whatever the fuck you want and take revenge on the world) cause you and your loved ones don't want to get beaten to death and tortured when something goes wrong, don't leave ur comfort zone too much, it's there to make you feel good and protect.
3. there is obviously no unconditional love like a mother would love a child and u will get heartbroken for sure, know that relationships are very emotionally taxing, especially if not goodlooking, just get laid with a girl you find attractive, if ur not attractive just pay hookers, dickmaxx and do some porn maybe to gain status
4. there are many reasons to hate everyone, since people are just selfish animals living by their instincts - very evil, means their lives are not worth as much as their ego thinks they are
