My diet so far looks like
80-100g of spinach,
80-100g of kale,
80-100g of brocolli,
1-2 kiwis
1 banana
I often eat this daily consistently
What i struggle with but still try to eat daily is
30g protein shakes
Peanut butter and jam/nutella sandwiches
Eggs (3 morning, 3 before bed)
i often have fastfood now and again and grab the cheapest price/calorie item on the menu in bulk. Im not a big fan of cooking and dont really like meat (which is overrated anyway vitaminwise plus protein can easily be obtained from protein shakes which imo is the only way to consistently get protein in) so i often only cook once a day for veggies then boil my eggs so i can grab them from the fridge whenever i feel like it. Is this an alright diet, am i missing anything such as iron which i may be missing because of a lack of red meat? Any advice? I struggle to get enough calories in but this diet has really helped my skin
