Hair loss = High testosterone.

It's a testosterone linked trait if you have the genetics for hair loss (i.e. DHT receptors on hair follicles). The amount of testosterone you need to lose your hair with that trait is so low that basically all men have it.

In other words this is like saying "having a penis of any size is a sign of high testosterone."
