I have been taking a mixture of 2.5g creatine, 1g baking soda, and 200mg naicinmide every 12 hours. My muscle feel fuller & i have more energy. Baking soda is a godly preworkout (its also in redbull). and baking soda also helps counter balance the aldosterone increasing effect of creatine, so they have perfect synergy.

Sometimes ill add some aspirin, glycine, and taurine to this mixture to basically create a natty redbull.

these brands are pure and work well for me and very cost effective.

make sure to buy creatine monohydrate from bulk supplements (pictured above) they have the cleanest product. the price has significantly increased for no reason since i last took it 4 years ago. its $35 now for a bag that used to be $17

Its just a water weight, creatine increases water retention. That’s why ur muscles feel “fuller” as does ur now bloated face

Some people also thinks it’s accelerates hair loss as it increases ur DHT. One small study supports it

DHT hairloss myth has already been disproven, in fact one of the main reasons im taking creatine is for my beard to grow faster from the increased DHT, once study showed a 50% increase in DHT.

"There are a few studies on using creatine supplementation in humans to boost IQ. The results were remarkable and beyond what simple statistical deviation would allow. Creatine serves as a buffer for ATP and creatine supplementation is presumed to raise ATP levels in the brain. Getting magnesium to the brain seems to have similar effects. Finally, since NAD and ATP are perfectly correlated I would venture a guess that niacinamide would increase IQ scores too. The company pushing the proprietary NR supplement is already jumping on that train and starting the PR mill.

I think most supps, pre workouts and protein/mass gainer powders are bs. Simply a cash grab, steroids are how u actually get gains. But it’s a huge trade off - look great outside but look horrible inside

yes i agree that most supps are a waste, but creatine has seriously beefed me up and im a veteran natty lifter. I would not recommend it else. The last thing i want is for the grifters selling their bullshit products to make more money.

Has it been disproven, cause most sources agree that high DHT thins hair. Like mtf trannys that were balding nuke DHT go on hrt and it reverses balding

Maybe it’s just placebo. Creatine allows u to get a few extra reps per set to me not worth the potential hair loss. It’s quite pricey too
