Today Wednesday 11th January I am finally creatine free!
Stopped taking it 1st January, jumped on scales today and I’m 3lb lighter over these past few days, asked my parents if I look leaner and they both were surprised and said yeah.
My muscles look smaller yes but the best part about it is finally getting that lean face back as we all know it’s all about the face.
