So my mom was recently in the hospital here in the EU and there was two Indian nurses.
Despite both being Indian they said they could not understand each other and communicated in English instead.
Now i guess there's different dialects/languages in India but don't people learn one common tongue besides their local/regional dialects?
Explain this and tell me if this is a common phenomenon in your country.
