Current skincare stack: What would you change?

Dermatologist prescribed me .05% tret back in october along with some other antibiotics and I've seen hella improvement already, was wondering if any optimization could be done to it though.

Currently using a cream nightly mixed with

.05% Tret
5% Benzoyl Peroxide
2% Niacinamide
1% Clindamycin

I want to dermaroll for the extra collagen benefits but everything I see is saying thats retarded to do while using tret

Gonna push for .1% Tret next appointment with derm, as well as switching me from 1mg fin to .5mg dut for skin elastin benefits

everything looks good, pretty basic stack if your seeing improvement I see no reason to push for that 1% but if you really want to you can.
