For reference I am 13M (almost 14) taking natty supplements only.

Zinc - 50mg

Magnesium - 250mg

K2 - 500mcg mk4 100mcg mk7

D3 - 50mcg

Ashwagandha - 460 - 920 mg

And I’m about to add MSM and beta carotene. Thoughts? Anything I should add (nothing you have to inject) or take away?

Add some test and hgh and maybe a bimax

not bad. personally i found the multivitamin with the best dosages and most vitamins in it and take 2x a day, same with multimineral, and i supplement with 50mcg d3 and 400mg ashwaghanda. far from the best supp stack that ive seen talked about on here, but im 15 and my parents wont even let me take creatine LOL. ive seen people talk about chrysin dhea and gigner root extract shit for test and id take it but fuck.
