Does it create microfractures in your legs? This is a legit way to gain height. Besically do what LL surgeries do but on a micro level can gain up to an inch of height. I'm considering doing it FR. I just want 2cm tbh.idk where u live look up flamingo pelvic traction kit

I don’t like the water bag thing so I tied the rope to 45lbs weights instead
hardest part is adapting to sleeping w/o blankets covering u normally
it stretches the spine, if your doing the microfracture thing you could get height inversion boots and tie it with a band to a post, they did that in one of the height telegram groups but told me they stopped bc smth about testicle painDoes it create microfractures in your legs? I doubt that stuff really works, you're more likely to ruin your joints by doing high impact exercises, than create "microfractures".Does it create microfractures in your legs? It's supposed to do what LL does in a non-invasive way tbh. I don't see how 'risky' this is compared to LL. It sounds less risky and moreI doubt that stuff really works, you're more likely to ruin your joints by doing high impact exercises, than create "microfractures".
Your joints will absorbs all the impact and you won't get any "microfractures". You might not feel the damage at first, but later you will have problem with your knees and hips, it happens to many athletes later in life. It's supposed to do what LL does in a non-invasive way tbh. I don't even want to be 6'0. Just another 2cm than I can be a legit 5'8 and larp 5'9 IRL.
