first three pics:

lowest weight/bf (52-53kg) (ignore the foid)
yeah angle sucks ik
other pics are at approx 57-58kg
same with the video
(yes aspie as fuck)

note i have a narrow face and wanted to get a bit more fat and then build up cheekbones/implant so my face is wider and i do not look as gaunt anymore
that’s my top priority

yeah i’m onto that
my main issue is the weight dilemma i lost a lot of hair it usually looks better
but i really need to settle on something in regard to my weight
i really have low energy lost 16kg but all the thinking makes me dizzy

cause if everyone agrees to gain weight it would make it much easier for me

cause i really want to get to 68-70kg again
like i said, look healthier, get hair bsvk, and maybe build up cheekbones in an appealing way after thst

any advice in particular? At the moment I eat almost exclusively avocados and fish as it’s high in fat.

I lose weight fast btw. I run a lot. even when I don’t do it I have to basicly LDAR to gain weight as I lose it extremly fast. that’s taxing on me

U need carbs not fat. Carbs is what makes you gain weight. I could post my diet in this thread. It's bound to help you put on muscle since it works for me. I used to be mega ecto
 
^ please do. I have an easy time sticking to something if something is worked out. but I have w hard time understanding anything related to that. Also as i’ve mentioned I have to fight the feeling that i’m fat all the time.
btw it’s about the face in my case, don’t mind body changes ofc but it’s not a priority

and fiber to digest it.


apart from that you need low amounts of either fat or carbs or both (but low ammounts) for energy and to eat calorie surplus

the more fats/carbs you will eat the more bloated you will end
for perfect god body you need a lot of protein + low fat/low carb (or both)

Cottage cheese and applesauce, 4 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, a bagel and a glass of milk with protein powder mixed in.

2 protein bars for mid morning meal

Lunch: 8-12oz chicken, beef, turkey, etc with rice and a salad (kale tomato's spinach)

Dinner same as lunch but change up protein and carb source (ex potatoes instead of rice, pasta as well)

Second dinner just a little snack.

After your workout shug a protein shake

That's the price u have to pay if you wanna get bigger once u cut, you'll have the lean face AND body. Like 6 months of being a bit bloated then cut=Chad. But I have a super lean face and I eat a lot of carbs.

Doesn't affect ur smv negatively at all. Since I got bigger, women give me way more IOIs and approaches

well, being gaunt means zero smv anyway so..

my thinking kinda agrees with nibba as i think the base is important because i’d probably look different with more weight at same bf as if i’d do that now
and after all my main concern is the gaunt look
doesn’t mean i do not want a lean face but if I do that now I’ll look like on the first three pictures or is there something I got wrong

b) cause i did not think i’d post this picture publicly so my choice of clothing wasn’t really important for me at that time

and like I said
I don’t mind building a bit of muscles but it’s more about getting a healthier look on my face

but the 3 first pictures were taken at a time when I was in the worst condition in my life (didn’t eat for 2weeks almost and was attacked with a shock gun that really has taken a toll on me, yeah not larping xD)

I lived 18 years with horrible dirty unkempt long hair, I don't want other guys to do my same mistakes.
