I've gone from 20 to 16%bf but now I wanna get to 12%, I've been cutting calories but now I really cutted calories, the hunger and low energy is real but, when I'm told that when I leanmaxx I'm gonna be 5 PSL it makes the hunger enjoyable

Try intermittent fasting and drink a cup of black coffee while you're fasting

You don't need to cut fast bro, just cut at a maintainable level -250 cal or smth like that. You won't be starving

don't nuke your metabolism
take is steady otherwise you'll need tons of cardio and really low calories to get lean

I need to drop 2 kg of fat tbh, I already eat low carbs but might do this
I dropped from 253-238lbs in 3 weeks all bodyfat because I still maintained my strength and even gained some its legit but hard mentally

Cope.. your body just burns the protein for energy.. and a protein only diet will have the opposite effect short term by causing body to become more efficient at butning protein... theres no way to retain all muscle woth a <1000cal diet unless youre on gear.

Cutting carbs = losing water rapidly.. thats majority of your 15 lbs... at max 6 lbs of that is fat. Imagine convincing someone you lost 8-10% bf in 3 weeks while maintaing strength and muscle

If you think psmf is such majic.. why the fuck do 0 professional bodybuilders amd fitness models do it??? Are they retarted or did the jews only share this secret with you.. if you could actually lose 15lbs in 3 weeks EVERYONE would be doing it and it alone..

If you wanna delude yourself to thinking water loss = fat loss then go right ahead.. theres way better diets for op so thats why i felt the need to call out the bs. Imagine the constipation and loss of mudcle on a protein only <1000cal diet:feelskek::feelskek:

A non extreme low cal doet that doesnt make you constipated and then shit a football 2 weeks later. Obvs protein needs to be high.. its thermogenic as well as it keeps nitrogen balance high. High protein, high fibre, any non extreme balance of fat amd carbs to fill the rest of calorie needs. This will make sure not only are you satiated, have lower cravings, not in extreme water loss and keeps shit sustainable if you do decide to make the cut longer. Any kind of extreme amd woerd diet is gigacope invented to convince ppl this is the new big thing so they can fill the scammers pockets.

I eat high protein, high fibre, and moderate fat. All I eat is tuna, chicken, eggs, broccoli, spinach and pickles and I have lost near 100lbs since joining this site so it works

probably not healthy though or bad for growth but I don't give a shit because I'm tall enough

my strength is near the same too except before I could bench 265x5 and now I can only bench 250x5 so not much muscle loss at all

If you lost a 100lbs than that means u were pretty fat .. extreme diets work for fat people in a way it dosent for someone looking to drop from 15 to 8% .. good brah keep it up mirin
