Damn - I think my upper left wisdom tooth is coming

Jaw hurts and the inside of my cheek has been painful lately as if I bit myself (I didn't). There's a pushing/expanding sensation in my jaw joint/ear area as well.
The problem is, I believe there's not enough space in my upper jaw for the wisdom teeth.

Does anyone know if wisdom tooth removal has any negative effects on facial appearance?

Removing a healthy tooth is the wrongest thing you could do in this world.

How tf am I supposed to "create enough space" in such a short time period, if my wisdom teeth are already coming?

Also, I have fixed retainers and can't afford their removal. The top left side has broke off long ago already. I don't have any money.
