Unless it is paired with pale skin and Caucasian features. To some white(European) people very dark brown/ black eyes are actually a halo due to high contrast with white/pale skin and also rarity factor (very few nordic people have this eye colur therefore dark brown=exotic in majority white countries. Here are some examples
key word here is *white* people. Obviously very dark brown/ black eyes on a shit skin curry streetshitter will look utter garbage due to no contrast but just as blackpeople with light eyes have added contrast white people with black eyes/hair/ eyebrows will have good contrast too.also note that if you want to look good with dark eyes, you need pale skin+ white features (no Jew nose,good bone structure, not overly big lips etc) and also black thick eyebrows with very good dark eyelashes. If you don’t have all these features then brown eyes won’t add anything to your looks.

Becuas let’s be hones, 99% of people with coloured eyes have a dull hue to it and unless someone is standing really close to you they won’t even notice, like I was speaking to this girl the other day and she looked at me and said “Oh I didn’t even realise your eyes were blue till now”. And I replied “but weve know each other for months”. She then said that unless someone’s eyes are incredibly light/almost transparent she never really notices if someone has blue eyes.
