Well, for pandemic reasons I started eating 4k-5k calories and sedentary (I stopped going to the gym) and I resumed exercising for 1 week but I abandoned it jfl
Because of my job as a waiter I usually do 4k-5k steps (in the morning)
In the afternoon I jump rope for 30 minutes and box for another 30 minutes.
From Monday to Friday that's my routine
On Saturdays I go swimming or climbing with a friend (I also do the steps for work) and on Sundays I do nothing.
I am 187.4cm measured at 17:00 after training
Current weight 80kg I think, before training I weighed 82kg
Now I consume 2k-3k calories daily
% fat was 22%, now I'm at 20% I think
I usually burn 1-1.2k calories with work and training so I think it's ok
My goal is to be 14-16%, going down from there is just autism
