I havent really felt that hungry
I used the bike in my garden for about 20mins to shed extra calories cuz why not
It's 4pm in 30minutes. 4pm is when I break the fast
I'm gonna eat toast with waffles.
And then at 12pm I'm gonna have one cookie to end the 8 hour fasting window
