You have to lift 300lb for muscle hypertrophy and after all it still wont do shit while fucking your back up, why BB retards are obsessed with cucklift

BBers know the deadlift isn’t a great excercise past about 3 plates, it’s good for gym newbies though

Yes if you are young bro.Sports are for a reason best to do if you are young,not gym.You can do some exercises in Gym even if you are young but shoulder press and deadlift exercises will stunt your height growth for sure.

You can do deadlifts in your 20's, but I wouldn't recommend going heavy. Also ,past the age of 30, you should never ever do deadlifts again. Your bones start to become way more fragile, and the risk isn't worth the reward.

Theoretically bones are just slightly more strong at 20's but they are still just as fine at 30's, they don't start to decline seriously until late 40's. Im a medical student and have researched bone loss like a professional

Did you even watch the video jfl, he is talking about not doing ego deadlifts which will fuck up your back hard, but yeah deadlifts are not a super important exercise in general. Still doesn't hurt to do if you know the proper form
