When your mental delusions effect your day to day life

But what are mental delusions? Say if I was born colorblind. I see red as green. Black as white. Is that a delusion that could cause problems?

What if you have multiple thoughts flowing at once? Each has its unique character. Sometimes. Other times, tons of ideas/emotions rush through one tube at once.

I heard about that click. I once met this guy that looked identical to someone from the past. But this guy had shaved his teeth down, resembling shark teeth. We talked, and he mentioned a click.
