400g chobani greek yogurt (or any low fat high protein yogurt)
25g whey scoop
one packet zero sugar jello (mine is 28 cal)
mix all together in square container and microwave for 3 minutes with stirring between
throw in the fridge for 4-5 hours and it becomes this cheesecake thingy
macros for the whole thing 250 cals 57g protein
i cut it up into 3 pieces or 4 and eat one piece a day
