This is not a mis speak, I have heard him make the same claim in a prior video. I estimate he is 32% BF in the before photo and 22% in the after photo. I am pretty sure he is married, so presumably he is not trying to impress women. He has done about 8 videos like this exhibiting his "remarkable transformation", no doubt he is expecting one to go viral any day now.
