I'd drink 1l of milk and 500ml orange juice aproximately a day and eat the meal my mom cooked for dinner, most of the time it was beef and potatoes, I couldn't really count calories because I still lived at my parents house but this is about 1500 calories. Basically like most of my meals rnI'd drink 1l of milk and 500ml orange juice aproximately a day and eat the meal my mom cooked for dinner, most of the time it was beef and potatoes, I couldn't really count calories because I still lived at my parents house but this is about 1500 calories. goated but id reccomend switching to chicken breast as primary source of protein, its a lot cheaper and i eat 500g of chicken breast a day(about 140ish gr protein) thats just one meal too, im 62kg so that protein amount is fine for me but yeah, switch to chicken
