I’m 6’2 175. I obsessively work out every day (quoted my ex on that one) I do a ppl split six days a week and one rest day. I run five miles for cardio 3 days in the week and do sprints another 3 days. Other than that, I’m either partying or sitting on my ass on college football 26.Im cutting rn ive been from 210 to 180lb in a couple months. Eat high in protein. Decent carbs and get good fiber. And than just stay like below 2000 calories and you will lean out. Tell me your height and weight and describe how much activity and stuff you do every day and I can help you more
Holy crap. So you are not a fat chud lol. Idk how you arent yoked tbh. Also if you truly are that dedicated than do a lean bulk bc you could put on alot more muscle im 6'0 180lb rn and im leaner than you bc I have more muscle on the frame bc I sulked so much. So I would track your calories. Eat around 2500-3000 calories a day if you really are this active. If you are lying than eat less than that. Eat at LEAST 150 grams protein a day. Stay away from salty food and sugary drinks. Carbs arent always bad in fact you will need alot of carbs if you do that much stuff. Eat fruits and veggies bc they have like no calories and high protein. Eat lean meat like chicken of fish (beware of fish with tons of sodium.) And drink protein powder and Greek yogurt and oats and peanut butter and just eat good healthy foodI’m 6’2 175.
