1) restricting yourself from anything will only make you binge on it later. (example: most porn is consumed by Muslim countries)
2) Fix your exercise and cardio routine, not your diet. niggas out here playing 0 sports, and eating fucking grass all day. Just eat the way you know to, eat more meat obviously, limit your chocolate. and go play, go exercise, go live man.
3) become a kid again. back when you didn't give a fuck about what you ate, you just followed your gut, then u went out to play (hopefully).
the problem with restricting diets is it lying to yourself that you are eating healthy, and then you can't sleep, have hunger pangs, and constantly craving for your next cheat meal, place your entire worth on shredding to look like the retard model who is also suffering.
